We were recommended to Tula by a friend.  She sent us a list of places within our price and location preferences.  We didn't like some of them so we sent back a few from the website we did like.  Tula arranged viewings for us.  She brought us around to view them. Tula was great to work with.  Not only did Tula take the time to understand our requirements, she was patient and very helpful throughout the entire process.  We were in love with a certain building, however this building was almost always sold-out of units.  Many times I  had given up and suggested buying whatever option that presented itself.  Tula made sure we didn't make any hasty decisions and we got our perfect starter condo.  After almost viewing 70 options, Tula made sure we got into the building we loved the moment the condo we wanted presented itself.  Tula is absolutely The Best :)
